 CUTTING
BAR
We can cut bars to length to suit the customers’ requirements trough our
band-saw (rounds up to diameter 1.000mm). We can also perform oblique cuts.
SHEETS CUTTING
COLD-SAWING
We can produce steel plates and flats from sheets of thickness up to 500mm.
HOT-CUTTING

Flame-cutting
We can cut to make customers’ requirements in material up to thickness
400mm.
- Plasma
We can cut to make customers’ requirements in material up to thickness
100mm.
SHEETS’ SHEAR
We perform shearing of sheets of length up to 3.000mm and varying thickness
according to the type of material (maximum 20mm).
FLATTENING COILS
We can flatten the coils (from thickness 0,5mm to 12mm and width up to
2.000mm). We can cut sheets of commercial length or length to make customer
special requirement (sheets of thickness from 0,5mm to 1,5mm up to length
6.300mm; sheets of thickness from 2mm to 12mm length up to 11.000mm).
REDUCING COIL
We can reduce the coils (from 0,5mm to 3mm of thickness, and width up to
1.500mm). The starting coils mustn’t weight more than 12.000Kg.
SHEETS’ PROTECTION
If required we can protect the sheets with PVC 80 microns or PVC 100 microns
(laser).
POLISHING
We polish sheets with grain 180/220 from 0,8mm to 6mm of thickness, maximum
width 1.500mm and maximum length 6.500mm.
If is required we supply glazed sheets with protection PVC 80 microns or PVC
100 microns (laser).
SCOTCH BRITE
We perform the scotch brite on strip with thickness from 0,6mm to 3mm and
maximum width 1.500mm. If is required we protect the material with PVC 80
microns or PVC 100 microns (laser). We have supply of scotch brite sheets in
commercial shape and we can flatten scotch brite coil in sheets in the
required length (thickness from 0,5mm to 1,5mm maximum length 6.500mm;
thickness from 2mm to 3mm maximum length 11.000mm).
MATERIALS ANALYSIS
Our laboratory is equipped with a modern metallographic analysis area,
hosting optical and electronic microscopes. We perform chemical analysis on
customers’ samples, mechanical tests, resiliency.
The same tests can be effected, like additional tests, on the stock’s
material.
 HEAT
TREATMENT
We effect normalization and annealing on material hot-cut or on particular
pre-worked.
STRAIGHTENING
With a 500 Tons press we straighten bars, sheets and details cut of
dimensions maximum 250x2000x4000 millimeters.
ULTRASONIC TESTING
If required we can provide ultrasonic testing to make customers’ special
requirements.
TECHNICAL/COMMERCIAL ADVICE
A highly trained technical personal are able to offer the customers advice
on the choice of the suitable materials.
